We will host an amateur radio license exam at 11:30 am on June 24, 2023 as part of our Field Day activities. This exam is open to any and all who are looking to get licensed or upgrade their license.
This exam session will take place at the roadside park on top of Ola Mountain, located at 14059 AR-7 in Ola, AR 72853. This address will work with Google Maps and Waze, but it does not show the correct location in Apple Maps. Take Arkansas Highway 7 South from Ola about 4 miles. As you near the crest of the mountain, you’ll see a small blue sign indicating a picnic area is 1,000 feet ahead. We will be at that picnic area on the left side of the road on top of the mountain.
