CPR & Stop the Bleed Training

We will host a CPR and Stop the Bleed training on Oct 28, 2023 at the Ola Fire Department in Ola, AR. The training will begin at 8:00 am and last 6 to 8 hours. We will break for lunch. This training is the American Heart Association version of CPR and Stop the Bleed training. There will not be a cost for this training.

2024 Solar Eclipse Planning

Our next planning meeting for the 2024 solar eclipse will take place on Saturday, September 30, at 10:00 am. We will meet at Memory Lane in Belleville, AR. Anyone interested in helping to plan or learn more about the eclipse is welcome to join us.

Check out this video to learn how the solar eclipse in April 2024 is expected to impact Arkansas. We are coordinating with the Yell County Sheriff’s office to prepare for the event and to assist with emergency communications or in any other capacity needed.

License Exam Sessions

The Two Rivers Amateur Radio Group conducts amateur radio license exam sessions every month on the first Tuesday of the month. Sessions are held at the Ola Fire Department in Ola, AR. Our club meeting starts at 7:00 pm and the test session starts immediately following the meeting at about 7:30 pm.
